Resources

Finding the right support can be surprisingly time-consuming. I’ve put together a collection of providers, products, books, and other resources that I regularly recommend to clients or think are genuinely useful.

You’ll find Seattle-area professionals across areas like pelvic floor physical therapy, OB/GYN care, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum support, psychiatry, pediatrics, and sexual health, along with products and other tools that may be helpful outside of therapy.

A note about this page: This page is meant to make your search easier, not replace medical advice or individualized recommendations. Availability, pricing, services, and provider information can change, so check directly with each provider or company for the most current information.

Products

A few things I find myself recommending again and again—from books and educational resources to products that can make conversations about sex, relationships, pregnancy, postpartum, or bodies a little easier.

I only include things here that I think are actually useful. Some may be relevant to something you are working on in therapy; others are simply good resources to know about. I do not receive any kick back from any product listed on this page.

Providers

Therapy is often only one part of the picture. Sometimes it helps to have a thoughtful OB/GYN, pelvic floor physical therapist, psychiatrist, doula, lactation consultant, or other provider on your team.

These are professionals and practices I’m familiar with, have collaborated with, or have heard consistently positive feedback about. A listing here isn’t a guarantee that someone will be the right fit for you, so I always do your own research please!
