Individual Therapy

I primarily work with couples, but I also see individuals—especially people who are already in couples therapy and want space to understand their own patterns more deeply, or people coming in with a specific concern related to sex or sexuality.

Individual therapy can be a useful place to slow down, get curious about what is happening for you, and understand how your history, relationships, body, and emotions shape the way you move through the world.

Individual Therapy Alongside Couples Therapy

Sometimes couples work brings up important questions about your own history, reactions, or needs. Individual therapy can give you additional space to explore those pieces without taking over the couples session.

If you are currently in couples therapy with another therapist, I’m happy to collaborate when appropriate so the work supports rather than competes with what you are doing as a couple.

A Focused Place to Work on Sexual Concerns

You do not need to be in a relationship to benefit from sex therapy. I also work individually with people who have a specific sexual concern and want focused, specialized support.

This might include difficulty with orgasm, erectile concerns, pain with sex, low desire, sexual shame, anxiety, exploring sexuality, or simply wanting to feel more comfortable and confident in your sexual life.
